Meeting with the client – position analysis

We get familiar with the company structure and obtain information of the exact job profile. We compose a client folder, which contains the obtained material on the company and the job profile of the ideal candidate. We formulate the objective criteria and the required professional and personal skills.

We define the appropriate search strategy

At this point we determine whether we look for the candidate directly by market research or via advertising. In case of market research we gain a thorough understanding of the competition and select the target group with the help of our internal database and the connections of our consultants.

We select the potential candidates

we pre-screen the candidates based on their skills and motivation.

We evaluate the potential candidates

There is an interview in person with our consultant, in course of which we become familiar with the professional career of the candidate. We compare this with the expectations of our client and the company profile. We check the candidate’s personality with the help of a counsellor.

We introduce the potential candidates to the client management

the introduction folder contains the candidate’s CV, our consultant’s reference and other references.
