CV- screening

You send us your CV in Hungarian and in the language required by the job advertisement to our email address. Please, indicate in the subject line of your email which one of our job openings is of interest to you or if you would like your data to be entered into our database. If you are applying for one of our job openings, your CV will be sent to the consultant in charge of the particular position. If you fulfil all the requirements of the job, our consultant will contact you by phone. If that is not the case, your application data will be stored in our database, and we will get in contact with you as soon as we have found a potentially befitting position for you.

Screening by phone

If you have sent us your CV to apply for a certain position or your data are already entered into our database, and based on your CV you may be suitable for a certain job, we will contact you by telephone. In the course of the phone conversation we will briefly inform you about the actual position, so that you can decide whether you are still keen to apply for it. We will also ask you some questions which are crucial for the position but could not be elicited from your CV. In case all these prerequisites are satisfied, we will arrange a personal interview with you.

Interview with our consultant

The first personal interview is always with the consulting company. In the course of this interview we will assess your job experiences, personality, skills, goals and motivations. Naturally, it is important to what extent you are suitable and how much you are interested in the given position, but we will also try to weigh up what other jobs you might be open to later.

Interview with our partner

Depending on the selection method applied at our business partner, you can count with a one- or multi-round interview process. A multi-round process usually comprises an HR- interview, then an interview with the management where you will have to answer field-specific questions, but you may also be called for a written test.

Tests

HaRp & Partners as well as some our partners apply various tests in their selection procedure. These can be job-specific or psychological tests, which assess the candidate’s personality, skills and motiviations. At HaRp & Partners the candidates are informed about the purpose of test in advance, and after the test it is possible to discuss its results with our psychological counsellor.

The conclusion of the selection process

If in course of the selection process we realise that the position does not befit your profile, we will notify you as soon as possible. It is not rare in any phase of the selection process that a piece of information changes the required candidate profile, but the candidate may also change his or her mind and lose interest in the position.
Of course, if you happen not to start in the position, based on the interview with our consultant we will have enough knowledge about your application profile to get in touch with you, if we have a potentially suitable opening for you.
