
History
The HaRp & Partners Human Resources Consulting Firm was founded by expert consultants who have acquired a wide range of international and domestic market experience. Their major purpose was to find the best person for any job or company focussing on the requirements and interests of our clients.
Our company merged with Huberts Mozes & Partners, a Dutch-Hungarian human resource management consulting company in February 2004. Huberts Mozes & Partners branched into Budapest in 1996. Encouraged by the success in Hungary, the company opened another office in Warsaw in 1999. By the merger of the two companies we are now able to provide higher quality service packages to our clients as well as to our candidates: mediation, trainings and outplacement are represented by HaRp, while Huberts Mozes & Partners are in charge of screening and the suggestion of modifications in company structure and of headhunting (for more information, please consult the link „Our services”) Until the end of 2006 the company kept the name Hubert Mozes & Partners, but in October 2006.it changed its name to HaRp & Partners.
Regionally, we are in close and continual cooperation with a number of multinational companies; our clients work mainly in the sectors of finance, service, insurance, marketing and various industries. All sectors can rely on the expertise rendered by our specialised consultants, who participate in various programmes to improve and deepen their knowledge of the professional and market requirements. Thus they learn to discern and appraise the job candidates’ skills and abilities in a wider range. of fields and represent our clients’ interest even better. We work with an integrated team: we regularly share the knowledge and the market information available to us just like our views, so that our consultants can work in close cooperation and are able to provide HR solutions more promptly and efficiently.
Being a member of the French Chamber of Commerce we have built particularly close relations with a number of French-founded and Francophone multinational companies.
When appointed HaRp produces a written record of the contents of the actual assignment, the means of employee selection, deadlines and fees. According to this scheme we fulfill the client’s requirements and expectations keeping in close contact with them and meeting the agreed deadline. Our clients are interested only in adequate and satisfactory consulting – for this reason we have adopted a performance-based reward system and provide a guarantee for our services.
Since our foundation we have been striving to render professional and high quality services to all our clients taking their individual needs and expectations into consideration. In the long run we aim to develop a personal relationship with them and create perfect trust towards our firm so that we can even more efficiently assist in the solution of human resource questions or conflicts.
We are convinced that the key to company success and profitability lies in the employees’ hands in a working environment where work is pleasure and everyone can experience self-development. Every time, when receiving an appointment we try to find the buried treasure, the „real thing”. As Elbert Hubbard put it: „…one machine can do the work of fifty ordinary men.
